  • The regular monthly city council meeting is held the second Monday each month. The agenda is posted 72 hours prior to the meeting.

8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

The City of Maypearl has contracted with the City of Venus to spray for mosquitoes. To date there has been no positive testing for West Nile or Zika viruses within the city limits, however both viruses have occurred in the North Texas area.

Spraying will occur on two consecutive Friday nights, between 9 pm and 2 am, weather permitting, beginning on July 1, 2016. The spraying will take place throughout the incorporated city limit and within the Sports Park on FM 66 using truck-mounted spraying equipment. Children and pets should stay away from the immediate vicinity of the spray. If weather conditions are not appropriate for spraying either night, spraying will be postponed until the next Friday.

If you wish for your residence or business to be placed on a no-spray list, please call us immediately to provide the street address. For more information, please call Maypearl City Hall at 972-435-2380.
